We have made positive changes for our team! We are adding an extra class per week training and that evening will focus on wrestling and grappling skills.
Jared Sermofski has been officially named our teams wrestling and grappling coach. His skills and experience will be greatly appreciated.

Monday’s     8:30 – 9:30     (conditioning, striking, ground work, grappling)
Thursday’s     8:30 – 9:30     (conditioning. striking, ground work, grappling)

Notice of Price Adjustments and options effective March 1st, 2010
Option 1 - two days/week training               $55/monthly (limited MMA classes)
Option 2 – three days/week training           $75/monthly (unlimited MMA classes)
*Option 3 - Unlimited MMA classes           $65/monthly (unlimited MMA classes)  Equivalent to 2 free months.

*Discounted price is for a 12 month automatic withdraw from your checking account. This is very secure and we have been offering this to our martial arts members. This is a legal contract between you and Fighting Dragons School of Martial Arts LLC.  Any member terminating this service premature will be subject to $100 cancellation fee and $75/month for each month the service cancelled on. If you desire to take advantage of these savings, ask for an automatic withdraw form.
